摘    要:针对变电站选址涉及的因素多、决策难的问题,提出应用模糊层次分析法对变电站科学选址,该法通过建立递阶层次结构图,构建模糊一致性矩阵,对被选的各个方案进行综合考虑后得到最佳的变电站选址,可避免层次分析法的判断矩阵不一致性的问题。对其220kV变电站的选址用本法科学评价,选出了最优的地址,证明了此方法的有效性和正确性。

Abstract:A fuzzy analysis hierarchy process was applied to select location of transformer substation to avoid the problem of disaccord of judgement matrix in analysis hierarchy process.Fuzzy analysis hierarchy process is as follows:firstly,to build the fuzzy consistent matrix by building hierarchy structure chart,then to synthesize all schemes to obtain the optimum location of transformer substation.The selection of the location of transformer substation must consider all factors,for example:closing the center of load,making the electric network more reasonable,entering line and eliciting line easily and being more economic,et al.The 220kV transformer substation location was evaluated to obtain the optimum location,where five factors must be considered such as:structure of electric network,outer condition of location,analysis of investment,construction of earth grid and special predominance.
