利用T型性能退化试验的金属化膜电容器可靠性评估

金属化膜电容器具有长寿命、高可靠性等特点,因此传统的基于大样本寿命试验数据的统计推断方法在其寿命与可靠性评估中存在困难。为了更加有效地评估金属化膜电容器的寿命与可靠性,提出了一种T型性能退化试验设计方法,该方法将性能退化试验分为若干阶段,每个阶段中参与的电容器个数依次递减,直至极少量电容器完成较长时间的性能退化试验。然后,给出了基于T型性能退化试验数据的可靠性评估方法。最后,结合激光装置能源系统的可靠性评估工作给出了一个应用实例,得到了该型电容器的寿命以及进行10000次和20000次充放电试验后电容器可靠度的点估计与区间估计。结果表明所提出的试验方法在试验样品数、试验时间和试验费用之间较好地取得了一个平衡点,更加有效地评估了金属化膜电容器的寿命与可靠性。
