IEC61643-1中开关型SPD暂时过电压试验的探讨

摘    要:针对一些宣称符合IEC61643-1的开关型SPD在国内应用中屡屡出事的问题,分析了IEC61643-1相关规定后指出其推荐的暂时过电压幅值及持续时间并不能完全反映国内实际情况,且完全没有考虑开关型SPD的续流遮断问题和热稳定性试验,因此IEC61643-1不能评判开关型SPD是否安全。

Abstract:SPD's TOV test is a key index for evaluating the safety performance of SPD.Some voltage switching type SPD were declared to accord with the standard IEC61643,but they are often in failure in china's practice application.For explaining the facts,this paper analyses the involved regulations specified by IEC61643-1 one by one,presents that TOV characteristics including voltage value and duration recommended by IEC61643-1 can not reflect all China's engineering environment,also that IEC61643-1 does not consider the follow current extinguish problem and thermal stability test of voltage switching type SPD,and draws a conclusion that IEC 61643-1 can not become the evaluating baseline for safety or no-failure performance of voltage switching type SPD.
