光声光谱技术在变压器油气分析中的应用

摘    要:针对传统的变压器油中故障气体气相色谱分析存在较多缺点的问题,英国凯尔曼有限公司利用光声光谱技 术原理开发了一系列用于检测变压器油中故障气体的产品,该技术利用不同波长的红外线激发不同的气体分子,在 密闭容器中产生强度对应于气体体积分数的压力波。光声光谱技术与传统气体色谱的技术特点对比和实测的数据 分析表明,光声光谱技术气体监测设备性能优于传统的气相色谱仪且精度完全符合要求。

Abstract:Dissolved gas analysis is the efficient method to analyze the status of a transformer. But there are some disadvantages in dissolved gas analysis in oil of oil-immersed power transformer, which is based on traditional gas chromatography technology. Photo-Acoustic Spectroscopy is one of the spectroscopy technology, which is based on photo-acoustic effect. In absorbing the appropriate wavelength radiation (eg infrared light), the temperature of the appropriate gas will increase and, if the gas is in a sealed container, this temperature rise will cause a proportional rise in pressure. The volume of the gas can be calculated by measuring the level of pressure. According to the Photo-Acoustic Spectroscopy technology, Kelman has designed a series of DGA products. This paper compares the characteristics between the Photo-Acoustic Spectroscopy and Gas Chromatography. By analyzing the testing results, It is concluded that the performance of the equipment based on Photo-Acoustic Spectroscopy is better than that based on gas chromatography.
