自适应分割阈值在覆冰厚度识别中的应用

摘    要:采用视频图像的方式监测输电线路覆冰情况,无法准确判断冰厚大小,难以为线路防冰决策提供指导。为减少冰灾对输电线路的影响,在覆冰图像自动监测系统的基础上,采用自适应分割阈值的图像处理方法,实现了覆冰图像中导线覆冰厚度的自动计算。经对比现场人工观测结果与系统自动诊断结果发现,冰厚误差<2mm,该方法准确可靠,可以作为线路覆冰冰厚自动计算的一种有效手段。

Abstract:Monitoring the icing condition of power lines by video and image can not judge thickness of ice and provide guidance for anti-ice of power lines. Therefore, an image managing method is adopted to realize automatic calculation of ice thickness by self-adaptive partition threshold based on ice image monitoring.
