基于DSP的数字化高压直流电源的研究

摘    要:为得到完全可控的直流高压,便于绝缘材料的耐压实验研究,介绍了一种以数字信号处理器(DSP)为控制核心的数字化高压直流电源。主电路采用全桥移相并联谐振的方式,通过控制逆变电路前后桥臂的相位差对输出电压进行准确控制。利用数字光纤完成隔离与高压反馈信号的传输,用DSP进行采集和数字比例积分(PI)算法计算相位差,对输出电压实时跟踪。从控制电路到主电路,完整地介绍了整套系统的工作原理并给出了具体参数和实验结果。结果表明,此套电源系统使得输出电压的幅值、上升沿、下降沿和电压维持时间等可以任意调节,给耐压实验带来很大的便利。

Abstract:Traditional high-voltage DC power supply,which is generated by frequency transformer followed by rectifier and filter,has the disadvantages of big size,low efficiency,high ripple and inconvenient operation,etc.,especially in the applications such as dielectric insulation test which needs to adjust the output voltage flexibly.In order to conveniently obtain a controllable HVDC for dielectric insulation test,a digital high-voltage DC power supply based on DSP control is introduced.The structure of the main circuit is a full-bridge parallel resonant converter,which is controlled by the phase-shifting method.By regulating the phase difference of driving signals of the two bridges,the output voltage can be well controlled.A voltage feedback closed loop is used in the circuit,in which the digital optical fiber is used for isolation and transmission.The DSP controller calculates the phase difference which is based on the feedback signal,so that the output voltage can be real-timely traced.Moreover,it is possible to control the system on a personal computer through the serial port which achieves the communication between DSP and PC.Consequently,the principle of whole system including control circuit and main circuit is described.The exact parameters and the experimental results are given.The results show that the amplitude,advancing edge,falling edge and hold time of the output voltage can be easily controlled.
