单级感应线圈炮工作过程的动态仿真

摘    要:为了更好地对多级同步感应线圈炮进行设计和试验研究,为储能脉冲电容器驱动的单级感应线圈炮建立了描述其动态工作过程的数学模型(包括电路方程和电枢运动方程),并利用Ansoft有限元分析软件和2-D瞬态求解器进行了仿真研究。这种方法可以避免驱动线圈自感、电枢自感以及驱动线圈与电枢之间互感等参数计算的难题。仿真结果给出了驱动电流波形、电枢受到的电磁力、位移以及速度等参数随时间变化的波形。这对于预测单级感应线圈炮的加速性能具有十分重要的意义。仿真结果表明:感应线圈炮的主要加速作用发生在驱动电流的第1个半周期内(主要加速时间小于半周期),驱动电流有时对电枢起制动作用,制动作用范围与感应线圈炮的初始工作状况有关。研究结果表明:该仿真方法可用于对单级感应线圈炮的最佳初始位置进行优化,也可用于多级同步感应线圈炮工作过程的动态仿真。

Abstract:It is necessary to simulate the dynamic working process of the single-stage inductance coil-gun in order to further investigate the designs and tests of the multi-stages synchronous induction coil-gun.By taking the single-stage induction coil-gun excited by the stored energy pulsed capacitor for example,a mathematic model describing its dynamic working process is established.The mathematic model includes the circuit equations of the single-stage induction coil-gun and the armature's motion equations.The dynamic working process of the single-stage inductance coil-gun is researched by simulation through the 2-Dimension transient solver in the Ansoft software.The method avoids the difficult problem of parameters computation,such as the self-inductance of driving-coil,the self-inductance of armature,and the mutual inductance between the driving-coil and the armature.The waves of driving current vs.time and of the electromagnetic force,the displacement and the speed vs.time for the armature are plotted to be favourable for predicting the accelerative performance of the single-stage coil-gun.The simulative results indicate that the main acceleration happens during the first half-period of the driving current(The accelerative time is less than half-period.),the driving current sometimes produces the braking effect for the armature,and the range of the braking effect is closely related with the initial working status of the induction coil-gun.The research results show that the simulation method can be used for the optimization of the best initial position of the armature and can also be used for the dynamic simulation of multi-stage synchronous induction coil-gun.
