| 摘 要： | 介绍了光电式电流互感器高压端电路和激光供电方案。设计了一种大功率的半导体激光二极管 (LD)的驱动电路 ,它能为LD提供一个稳定的受控恒定电流 ,并能实时监控LD的温度从而保护LD。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces a power supply scheme in the high voltage side of current transformer. Discusses a kind of design of high power laser diode controller. It can provide lasers steadily and controllable current, it also can monitor and dominate the lasers' temperature in ream time, in order to protect the lasers. |
