超高压变压器油的可吸附再生重复使用次数

为了模拟某超高压变压器油吸附处理情况,对该变压器油多次重复吸附—老化—再吸附试验。考察每次油吸附后抗氧化安定性试验的指标变化趋势,得出吸附次数与抗氧化安定性参数的关系,由此评估该油可吸附再生次数证明,随着吸附次数的增多,油的抗氧化安定性能越来越好。新油和再生油的烃类组成成分的利用红外光谱法分析新油和再生油的烃类组成成分,再生油和新油成分极其相似,其分子组成结构改变不大,且含氧极性分子组分降低,小分子组分没有增加,油的组成结构更为合理,可多次吸附再生重复使用。另外吸附处理后油芳碳值CA因自然消耗而减少,可适当补加新油以提高CA。
