| Abstract: | Recent domestic advances in the dielectric properites,toughening and strengthening,hydrothermal properties,and flame retardant properties of modified epoxy resin are reveiwed in this paper.The advantages, disadvantages and mechanism of above mentioned modification methods of epoxy resin are also discussed in detail. |
