| 摘 要： | 针对企业技改工程项目特点，提出构建基于．NET的工程管理信息系统的整体结构和功能，并时基于.NET和XML web Service的三层体系结构、基于Windows WF和ASP．NET的工作流技术和基于角色的．NET安全框架等系统实现的关键技术进行探讨和研究。
