边缘模式比对高精度测长技术研究

摘    要:边缘在图像检测中有着重要的作用。本文利用参考标尺作为检测基准,采用边缘模式比对的方法,基于亚像素技术设计高精度的边缘检测算法,获得被测物的亚像素级边缘位置。算法精度高,具有抗噪声,抗抖动,抗倾斜等优点,并且对图像传感器件分辨率要求较低,特别适用于复杂生产环境下高精度的视觉测量。

Abstract:Edge plays an important role in image detection. An edge detection algorithm of sub- pixel accuracy is proposed. This algorithm is based on the idea of measuring by matching edge patterns. According to this algorithm, high accuracy sub - pixel measurement can be obtained regardless of noise, camera dithering or tilt. The developed system can be used in the fields of high accuracy and complex measuring system using low resolution CCD detector.
