摘    要:针对传统的通用飞机铅酸蓄电池测试方法精度低、工序繁杂等问题,提出了基于LabVIEW的通用飞机铅酸蓄电池测试系统设计方案.通过不同传感器多点采集蓄电池信息,利用独立式采集卡与工控机,实现对蓄电池充放电数据采集和处理.利用LabVIEW软件,完成模块驱动程序的设计,通过记录分析电压、电流等数据的变化,可以图形化直观展示蓄电池的工作状况,实现对蓄电池的自动精确测试,提高了测试效率和精度.

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of low accuracy and complicated procedures in the traditional general aircraft lead-acid battery test method, a design scheme of a general aircraft lead-acid battery test system based on LabVIEW is proposed. The battery information is collected by the system at multiple points through different sensors. The battery charging and discharging data is collected and processed by the system using an independent collection card and an industrial computer. LabVIEW can complete the design of the module driver program in the software part. By recording and analyzing the changes of data such as voltage and current, the working condition of the battery can be displayed graphically and intuitively, and the automatic and accurate test of the battery can be realized, which improves the test efficiency and accuracy.
