154T电动轮自卸车状态监测与故障诊断系统的面向对象建模研究

摘    要:分析故障诊断系统未来研究方法和相应开发技术及面向对象分析法的优势,论述面向对象分析法。依此对154T电动轮自卸车状态监测与故障诊断系统的需求进行分析,建立该系统的对象模型、动态模型和功能模型。根据这3个模型研制面向对象的154T电动轮自卸车神经网络故障诊断系统,实践表明该系统对154T电动轮自卸车实现了有效的状态监测与故障诊断。

Abstract:Future research methods and the relative developing technology of fault diagnosis systems, and the advantages of the object - oriented analysis method are analysed. The object - oriented analysis method are expounded. According to this, the requirements of the status monitoring and fault diagnosis system for 154T motor dump trucks are discussed, and its object model, dynamic model and function model are set up. With the three models, we research and develop the object - oriented neural network fault diagnosis system for 154T motor dump trucks. It has been shown that the system can effectively accomplish the status monitoring and fault diagnosis for motor dump trucks.
