Abstract:In this paper,considering the practical requirements of production of the Aeolus Automobile Limited Corporation,a multi-PLC network communication and device control system was designed based on Control-Link OMRON for the company's painting workshop PLC control.Fistly,the connection of PLC and PLC was completed using Control-Link network.Then the automatic control of the entire process of production of auto body paint was realized through PLC with the data.Finaly each car was tracked,recordand and analyzed.I...
