Government Support for Secure Electronic Commerce

In this brief article I will try and outline the importance of information security in the electronic commerce revolution, I will explain why the UK Government takes this issue seriously and the steps we have, and are taking to convince business of the need to protect themselves. Finally, I will explain the objectives, purpose and content of the Electronic Communications Bill recently introduced into Parliament.
