| 摘 要： | 本文分析了电子政务系统集成存在的问题,提出了电子政务服务平台的设计原则,设计了基于WebService的松散耦合分布式电子政务系统方案,解决了各政府职能部门不同政务系统间的集成问题,达到了政务高效、协同办公、资源共享、异构集成等目的。

| Abstract: | The paper has analyzed the integrated problem of E- government system, proposed the design principle of the service plat- form of the E- government, designed the systematic scheme of Loose coupling distributed E- government system based on Web Ser- vice, solved the integrated problem among different governments systems of functional department, achieved government affairs high- ef- ficient, coordination work,resource- sharing, isomerism integration and so on.. |
