摘    要:微机型继电保护装置担负着判断电力系统故障并给出保护动作信号的任务,同时还要向运行人员提供信息并与其它设备进行通讯,因此它必须是一套具有高性能和高可靠性的计算机测控系统。文中分析了基于STD总线的微机型继电保护装置的系统组成,并重点介绍了浮点数据采集技术在微机型继电保护装置中的应用以及微机型继电保护装置的可靠性设计。根据文中所述技术设计的微机型继电保护具有较高的精度和可靠性,已成功地应用于华中电力系统。

Abstract:The computer protective relaying equipments take on the role of judging the failure in electric power system, at the same time they give message to run personnel and communicate with other devices, so they must be highly reliable measurement and control systems with high performance. The paper analyses the composing of computer protective relaying equipments based on standard bus and mainly introduces the float-peint data acquisition technique and its appliance to computer protective relaying equipments and the reliability design of computer protective relaying equipments. The computer protective relaying equipments designed according to these techniques possess high precision and reliability performance and have been successfully applied to Center China Electric Power System.
