气动ABS故障诊断系统设计

摘    要:针对气压制动ABS,设计了一种双CPU结构的故障诊断系统。按照故障部位对ABS可能出现的故障进行了分类,确定诊断方法,完成相应的硬件电路设计和软件开发。采用ISO9141故障诊断通讯协议,在自主开发的ABS系统中设计了用于故障码传输的通讯电路与接口。实车试验表明,所开发的ABS故障诊断系统是合理可行的。

Abstract:A fault diagnostic system with double-CPU is designed for a pneumatic anti-lock braking system. ABS faults are classified according to the locations of possible faults. Diagnostic solutions for possible faults are raised and the corresponding diagnostic cir-cuits and codes are designed. The diagnostic system is applied to the ABS developed independently. Fault diagnosis ISO9141 protocol is adopted and corresponding communication circuits and interfaces are designed to transmit fault codes. It performs well according to road tests in various conditions.
