| 摘 要： | 针对铝箔退火过程中炉温大滞后和大惯性等特点,提出了一种基于s7-300PLC的模糊PID参数自整定控制算法。本论文利用STEP7中的指针寻址查表方法实现在线查询功能,使得控制算法简单明了。结果表明:该系统具有较高的稳定性、控制精度和品质。

| Abstract: | The furnace temperature has the character of large time delay and inertia in the process of aluminum foil annealing.A PID parameter-adaptive fuzzy control arithmetic is put forward based on s7-300PLC.The paper realize the function of inquire online by the method of using the cursor to address the form in STEP7.That makes control arithmetic brief.The practical results show that this system has better stability,accuracy and quality of control. |
