红外轴温探测器半导体致冷器FUZZY-PID控制

摘    要:半导体致冷器在环境温度变化大,热传导不稳定,调节时间要求快等恶劣条件下工作时具有复杂的热电特型。针对红外光子轴温探头中半导体致冷器特性进行研究,通过测试法,得到了被控对象的数学模型。采用理论计算方法得出PID三个参数,运用模糊自适应PID控制策略,达到了较好的温度控制精度。

Abstract:Thermoelectric cooler has dynamic thermoelectric performance under complex environment, an unstable heat exchange condition or a requested fast adjust time condition.Study characteristics of the thermoelectric coolers in infrared detectors which are used to detect temperature of trains' axletrees. Using testing method, mathematical model of the controlled object is obtained. Using method of theo- retical compute, the three parameters of PID can be worked out. A satisfying performance is gained by using fuzzy- PID algorithm.
