高稳定度恒温控制器模块的设计与应用

摘    要:研制一种高稳定度恒温控制器模块,采用表面贴装技术,模块体积小,预置温度的调节可通过远程控制实现,该系统采用TEC双向电流制冷(制热),温度传感器有多种选择,运用PID控制原理获得满意效果。

Abstract:A kind of high stability constant temperature control module system is designed which adopts surface mount technology. The bulk of the apparatus is very small. Through external control, it can regulate the temperature. It can reduce or increase the temperature adopting TEC bi-directional current. Temperature sensor, as the temperature measuring element, it has many choices. The satisfactory result has been achieved taking the advantage of PID control principle.
