| 摘 要： | 并行测试技术的广泛应用,将是下一代自动测试系统(AutomaticTestSystem,ATS)的主要特征。通过对现有并行技术的分析,介绍了目前实现并行测试的主要方法,并根据任务量的多少提出了,相应的任务调度算法,通过实验证明算法是可行的。 |

| Abstract: | The broad application of the technology of parallel test will be the primary character of the Automatic Test System(ATS). Ac-cording to the analysis of parallel test at present, this article introduces the primary measure to realize parallel test and advances the algorithm of parallel test task scheduling based on the quantity of test task. The algorithm is proved to be feasible by the experiment. |
