一种2-D PBG微带在宽带带阻滤波器中的应用研究

摘    要:本文对光子带隙微带进行了详细的分析,采用在底板上蚀刻出圆形光子带隙结构的微带线设计了一种平面宽带带阻滤波器,并且利用高频结构仿真软件对其进行了仿真,分析了底板圆孔的孔径、位置及光子带隙周期对频率曲线的影响并分别给出了其频率曲线变化图,仿真结果表明采用此种光子带隙结构设计的宽带带阻滤波器具有良好的带阻特性,并验证了此种光子带隙结构频率禁带的存在以及光子带隙结构周期与阻带中心频率之间的关系,为光子带隙结构微带在宽带带阻滤波器的应用提供了一种有益的参考.

Abstract:A detailed study of 2-D PBG structures is proposed in this paper, in which a periodic 2-D pattern consisting of circles is etched in the ground plane of microstrip line. A planar broadband bandstop filter incorporated with this PBG structure is designed and simulated. And the influence of the radius of circles and the period of PBG structure to the frequency character are also studied. A High Frequency Structure Simulator is used to show that a broadband bandstop filter incorporated with this PBG structure has an excellent broadband bandstop character. The simulation results are carried out, the existence of a bandgap and the relation between the period of PBG structure and the bandstop central frequency are proved. The results are useful for the applications of PBG structures.
