RLC器件数字测量仪设计与实现

摘    要:为了精确测量分立元件的参数,提出以单片机为控制核心的RLC器件测量仪的设计制作方法。该测量仪以STC12C5A60S2单片机为控制核心,以DDSAD9850自制信号源和RLC测试电路为主要模块设计实现了对电阻、电感和电容元器件进行测量的仪器,使用16位的模数转换芯片AD7705对L、R、C分压有效值进行实时采样,自制信号源频率可达0.5HZ-10MHZ。经实验验证,本文设计的RLC器件测量仪电阻测量最大误差≤1%,电容测量最大误差≤1%,电感测量最大误差≤1.5%。

Abstract:In order to accurately measure the parameters of discrete components,a method of designing the RLC Digital Measurer based on single chip was proposed.The RLC Digital Measurer was designed by selecting STC12C5A60S2 as the core-controller,the DDS AD9850 signal generater as well as RLC test circuit.Besides,the 16-bit conversion chip AD7705 was used in the section for real-time sampling of the voltages of the R,L,C,frequency of the signal reaches up to 0.5HZ-10MHZ.experiment results show that the RLC Digital Measurer is better and more accuracy with the maximum measurement errors of resistance ≤1%,the maximum measurement errors of capacitance ≤1%,and the maximum measurement errors of inductance ≤1.5%.
