摘    要:熔断器(Fuse)具有体积小、重量轻、成本低的优点以及精准控制等方面的明显优势,所以被广泛应用在通信设备、精密仪器仪表等产品中。虚拟仪器以工控机为平台,通过软件实现普通仪器全部和一些在普通仪器上无法实现的功能,体现了软件即仪器的概念。文章介绍了基于虚拟仪器的一种高精度实时熔断器测试系统设计过程,该系统通过调节参数,实现不同规格产品使用相同测试工位、远端控制、批量测试及记录实时测试数据,在应用中取得了比较满意的结果。
