| 摘 要： | 图像的小波变换压缩编码是近年来图像压缩领域的热点之一。本文介绍了将小波图像编码技术应用于相对图像复杂度较少的监控图像,并在PC和DSPs两个平台上分别进行了压缩编码实验,得到了比JPEG标准更好的压缩效果。

This paper discusses applying im- age wavelet and coding to the surveillant image that is usually simple, and doing experiment in the PC and DSPs conditions, and gets better compression result than JPEG standard. |
