摘    要:本文简要概述了多通道生化分析仪的基本原理和方法。以ATmega128单片机为核心进行测控系统软硬件设计,模拟输入通道采用ATmega128片内A/D转换器,外扩4MB的高速SPIFlash存储器。对数放大器LOG112的应用,在硬件上实现了吸光度值测量。结果表明:该仪器具有快速、可靠、准确、可操作性强等特点,能够同时完成多个波长的数据测试,提高了分析速度。

Abstract:IN this thesis, a brief introduction was given to the basic principle and method of multichannel Biochemical Analyzer. The hardware and software of measure and control system were designed based on ATmega128 MCU and A/D converter in ATmega128 was adopted in analog input channel and 4MB high speed SPI Flash memory was expanded. The application of the logarithmic am-plifier LOG112 realized the absorbance measurement of hardware. The experimental results show that the detector has the features of speediness, reliability, veracity and better maneuverability etc. It can simultaneously complete the data test of many wave lengths and enhances the analysis speed.
