| 摘 要： | 提出了一种用于机械设备振动监测的无线传感器网络节点的设计方法.根据无线传感器网络及振动信号的特点.设计了一种微型低功耗无线振动监测节点,阐述了无线振动监测节点硬件设计思路及无线通讯策略,并在振动监测节点中实现了数学形态等信号分析方法和设备振动状态的智能预警功能.根据该方法设计的监测节点已在工业现场得到初步应用.并可广泛应用于冶金、石化、建筑、桥梁等行业.
