摘    要:基于虚拟仪器技术设计了一个柴油机喷油量模糊控制系统。系统硬件由PC机、传感器、信号调理电路和喷油系统等组成。系统界面由虚拟仪器软件LabVIEW设计,并使用FuzzyControlToolkit设计了模糊控制器。系统根据测量的曲轴转速,用模糊控制的方法,对喷油量进行修正,以达到稳态转速时各缸稳定工作的状态。

Abstract:A fuzzy control system of fuel injection quantity for diesel engine based on virtual instrument technology was established. The system hardware was composed of a personal computer,a revolution sensor, signal conditioning circuit and a fuel pump and so on while the system software was designed by LabVIEW, a popular virtual instrumentation software, with Fuzzy Control Toolkit. This sys- tem can measure revolution speed and use fuzzy control method to modify fuel injection quantity to reach the stable state.
