基于CAN总线的多伺服电机同步控制

摘    要:根据印刷机械的工艺特点,针对传统以机械长轴为动力源的印刷机同步系统,设计了基于CAN现场总线的多伺服电机同步控制系统方案,提出了上位机同步运动数据的产生机制,和上位机、驱动器之间的时钟同步机制和同步接口协议,并得以验证。

Abstract:According to the characteristic of printing technology and traditional synchronous control system that its power supply is based on mechanical axes,a synchronous control system based CAN field bus was introduced to meet the requirements of printing mechanism.Meanwhile,the generation mechanism about synchronous motion data in primary station is presented.The clock synchro-nization mechanism and the protocol between primary station and slave stations are also designed in the synchronous control system.The result was proved.
