| 摘 要： | 本文介绍一个基于工业控制计算机和PLC的筛焦过程控制系统,由网络操作站和控制站组成。网络操作站主要实现过程的实时监视扣管理,控制站由S7-300 PLC控制嚣构成,采用STEP7 V5.1编程软件进行程序设计,实现设备的联锁启动和现场事件的处理。本文主要介绍PLC在筛焦过程控制中的应用。

| Abstract: | This paper presents a control system for the coke riddling process based on an industrial control computer and a PLC. It consists of a network operation station and a control station. The network operation station is mainly used to realize the real-time monitoring and management. The control station is composed of a PLC controller of S7-300 series, and uses the STEP7 V5.1 to programming, so as to realize the interlocked startup of the equipments and the treatment of the events from fieldwork. This paper mainly presents the PLC application in control of the coke riddling process. |
