摘    要:介绍了由DAQ卡、PC机、执行机构等组成的一个基于虚拟仪器技术的汽油发动机ECU仿真测试系统。系统界面由LabVIEW设计,能模拟出实车上各种传感器、开关等信号来驱动ECU,并可测量ECU输出的各种阀、继电器、点火波形等信号。应用结果表明,系统具有调试方便、重复性好、测量范围可任意扩展等优点,为深入精确研究ECU提供大量数据。

Abstract:A new engine ECU simulating and measuring system based on virtual instrumentation technology was established and it is composed of DAQ cards, a personal computer, enforcement components and so forth. With interface built by LabVIEW, it can simu- late signals of all kinds of sensors and switch and can measure different valves, relays and ignition waveforms. As a application re- sult, the system has a lot of advantages such as good repetitions, feasible adjustment, and large range for measuring, which provide precise ECU research numerous data.
