| 摘 要： | 煤粉输配控制过程的自动化对火电厂的正常运行和优化生产具有重要意义。根据现场煤粉输配需求,本文采用PLC实现煤粉的输配控制。系统体系结构为管理、控制、设备三层;下位机是Modicon Quantum系列PLC,上位机是iFIXHMI/SCADA组态软件。系统能实现流程监现和协同控制,主要完成对皮带系统的顺序联锁控制和配煤过程的程序控制。实际应用表明,这是一个经济低成本、技术易实现、结构易扩充、系统易集成、运行可靠的系统。
