The Design and Implementation of Multicast Security in Streaming Media System

This paper discusses problems about security in streaming media multicast system, puts forward the whole frame of security scheme in streaming multicast system combined with (Advanced Encryption Standard) algorithm. It solves the problems of safe user registration, source authentication, group member authentication and video data security, and analyzes how to realize the system on streaming media server, group management server and client systems. It also presents an improved method of identity authentication on group management server, this method solve the problem of password attack through dictionary.
