卷烟工艺过程中水分相关性分析研究

如何通过调整制丝线关键工艺参数来保证烟支物理指标、产品质量稳定性一直是卷烟工艺面临的重点问题。针对两者之间存在着复杂的非线性关系问题,本文改变传统分析方法,采用多种统计分析方法、特征选择、M5P模型树等方法对关键工艺水分与烟支水分影响规律进行探索研究,挖掘出重要的关联规则,该实验结果表明,该分析方法的有效性和可行性,得出的水分分析模型能有效辅助技术人员在工艺标准修订时提供技术支撑。
