| 摘 要： | 本文基于RS485现场总线结构,由智能仪表、D/A转换模块和工业控制计算机构成了实验回转窑控制系统。该系统由VB程序实现工控机与智能仪表和D/A模块间的通讯,采用组态软件设计了人机界面(MMI),组态软件通过DDE与VB服务程序交换数据。本文介绍了该系统的硬件和软件设计以及系统的特点。

| Abstract: | A RS485 bus based on control system of an experi-mental rotary kiln is introduced. The control system is composedof intelligent meters, D/A modules and an industrial controlcomputer. A VB program is developed to access data from fieldequipment to the industrial control computer and configurationsoftware is applied to build the system man- machine interface.The DDE (Dynamic Data Exchange) mechanism allows data ex-changing between the VB application program and configurationsoftware. The hardware and software design and the specialty ofthe system are introduced in this paper. |
