摘    要:针对锅炉传统水力除渣方式的诸多不足之处,依据正-负压气力联合除渣方式的特点,提出了应用InTouch软件设计锅炉灰渣处理PLC控制系统的方法,即运用InTouch设计监控系统去监控现场的PLC控制单元。本文详细介绍了如何利用InTouch来创建上位机的操作界面、如何实现对系统的监控功能以及如何实现与下位机PLC之间的数据通信。

Abstract:Aim at the defects of water-cleaning mode, based on the principle of positive-negative pressure air combined cleaning mode, a design way of PLC control system for ash from boiler based on InTouch is presented. It recurs to the monitor host computer designed by InTouch to control and monitor the local units of PLC. This article introduced how to create operating interfaces, how to communicate with PLCs and how to monitor PLCs with InTouch.
