| 摘 要： | FM1808是美国Ramtron公司以铁电晶体为材料生产的铁电存储器(FRAM)，其接口电路简单，应用方便。本文介绍了铁电存储器基本原理．以及FM1808的特性，给出了它与USB2.0单片机CY7C68013的接口应用电路。

| Abstract: | The FM1808 is a 32K*8Bit nonvolatile memory employing an advanced ferroelectric process. FRAM is nonvolatile and performs reads and writes like a RAM. This paper introduces the elements of FRAM ,and expatiates the characteristics of FM1808, its interface circuit with CY7C68013,a kind single-chip computer of USB2.0. |
