无线智能传感器的设计与实现

摘    要:本文研究了基于IEEE1451无线智能传感器的设计与实现。无线智能传感器系统由两部分构成:第一部分为系统的下位机,以一片nRF24E1无线收发芯片为核心,与DS18B20温度传感器组成温度采集系统,将采集到的温度数据和包含传感器基本信息的传感器电子数据表单TEDS(TransducerElectronicDataSheet)储存在EEPROM中,以无线方式将温度数据和TEDS发送出去;第二部分为系统的上位机,由一片nRF24E1无线收发芯片作为主控机,通过RS232接口与PC机相连,完成温度数据的无线接收,并在PC机上利用LabVIEW完成温度数据及TEDS的显示。

Abstract:The wireless sensor in this paper is proposed on the basis of IEEE1451 standard, wireless technology and virtual instrument technology. With nRF24E1 and DS18B20, the acquisition and short-distance wireless transmission of temperature data are realized. The wireless sensor system consists of two parts. One is the slave system with nRF24E1 and DS18B20. The acquired temperature data and TEDS (Transducer Electronic Data Sheet)with the basic information about the sensor are stored in the EEPROM and then sent out wirelessly. The other is the host system with nRF24E1 chip as the management unit to receive the data sent by slave sys-tem. An expanding RS232 interface module connected with the computer is used to upload the data and display the temperature data and TEDS with LabVIEW software.
