| 摘 要： | 由于电子束钎焊现场的温度场分布比较特殊,本文实现了一套信号采集与分析系统,对温度场进行实时检测。本文提出在windows 2000环境下,采用彩色CCD和Coreco Imaging公司的PC2-Vision图像采集卡为信息获取硬件设备;利用数字图像处理技术,编程实现图像采集与分析。通过大量试验证明了该方法能够有效应用于电子束钎焊的温度场分析。

| Abstract: | This article realizes a suit of system of gathering signal and analyzing to detect the temperature field real-timely because of the particularity of the distributing for electron beam brazing. A method of image acquisition and real-time displaying based on Win-dows 2000 platform is introduced for the system of measuring the temperature field by using color CCD and the PC2-Vision image-gathering card produced by Coreco Imaging company. It also realizes the function of gathering and analyzing image by programming and using the technology of dealing with digital image. The method is proved to be good for analyzing the temperature field of elec-tron beam brazing by a great deal of experimentations. |
