摘    要:针对胜利油田坨四站对自动化与信息化要求高的实际情况,研制开发了一种基于OPTO22的分布式监控系统,该系统由油站、污水站和中空室组成。工业控制模块完成生产数据的采集和过程控制,操作站完成数据显示、工艺控制及管理分析等功能。介绍了系统的网络构架、数据采集模块及其I/O控制策略、软件模块及部分核心代码。该系统已在胜利油田坨四站运行一年多,系统稳定,使用效果良好。

Abstract:According to the reality of the strong desire for automation and information in ShenLi Oil Field TuoSi station, a new distributed monitoring system based on OPT022 is developed, which is made up of oil station ,polluted water station and center control room. Data acquisition and process control are implemented by industrial control module;Data displaying ,eraftwork control and management analysis are completed by operation station. The net frame of the system ,data acquisition module and its I/O control strategy,the software module and part of the core code are introduced. It has practically proved that the system is stable and efficient through operating in ShenLi Oil Field TuoSi station for over one year.
