超薄磁力搅拌器的设计与实现

摘    要:设计了一种将电能直接转换为磁能的磁力搅拌器。通过单片机控制L6219DS产生电流时序,采用4个螺旋线圈按照时序产生8个方向周期性变化的磁场,进而控制搅拌子的转动。由于省略了传统的机械部分,使得磁力搅拌器的厚度降为1cm,具有质量轻、搅拌速度稳定的优点。

Abstract:A magnetic stirrer is designed to convert the electrical energy to magnetic energy directly.The sequence current is produced by the L6219DS which is controlled by SCM.In accordance with the time sequences,eight directional magnetic fields which are created in four spiral coils change periodically to control the rotation of the stirring bar.Due to omitting the traditional mechanic part,the thickness of the stirrer is reduced to 1 cm,which can be lighter and work under a more stable speed.
