| 摘 要： | 针对帧差法和光流法两种运动目标检测方法,给出了相应的细胞神经网实现方式。采用不同视频图像序列进行了仿真,结果证明了所提出方法的有效性。

| Abstract: | Aiming at two moving target detecting method, which are the frame differential method and optical flow method, corresponding cellular neural network realization ways was given. Finally, the simulation was given used different video image sequences, and the simulation results prove the effectiveness of the proposed methods. |
