摘    要:提出一种基于单CPU以及外围电路的新型保护测控装置的硬件平台,克服了多CPU结构硬件平台成本高、开发周期长以及维护不方便的缺点,能够满足电力系统中低压保护测控装置性能和成本的综合需求,实现了此类产品性价比的平衡。介绍了在此硬件平台上移植各种继电保护的原理和算法,开发多种电力系统保护测控装置的方案,以及相应的各模块插件的配置。

Abstract:A hardware platform based on single CPU and peripheral circuits for new digital protection and monitor devices is brought forward. It overcomes the disadvantages of hardware platform based on multiCPUs, which is higher cost, longer development cycle and more inconvenient maintenance. And it meets the demand of both excellent performance and low cost that is needed by digital protection and monitor devices used in middle and low voltage power system. Schemes of developing most kinds of digital protection and monitor devices by transplanting different relaying protection principle and arithmetic to the hardware platform are introduced, which include the collocation of other relevant modules.
