摘    要:针对小电流接地故障诊断难的问题,设计了一个基于零序电流、零序电压的实时检测系统,对供电系统进行检测并对故障线路进行选线。采用了多任务、可移植、可裁剪的嵌入式操作系统μC/OS-II。为防止中性点带补偿系统对于故障线路的过补偿影响,系统还加入了补偿零序导纳判据对这种接地情况下的故障进行检测。选线系统采用零序电压触发方式,既提高了实时性,也增大了选线的准确性。

Abstract:For the difficulties of diagnosing non-effectively ground system,a new real-time diagnostic system is designed in this paper.Fault line selection is the main task.Zero-sequence current and zero-sequence voltage are detected in the paper.A multi-task,portable,scalable operating system μC/OS-II is used.Over-compensation condition maybe come up in some power network,so zero-sequence compensation admittance is also detected.Zero-sequence voltage is used as the starting methods,and it improves the system real-time.
