基于高密度采集的数字信号处理方法

摘    要:介绍了一种水泵水轮机组振动信号的数据采集与初步处理的方法。该方法基本可由通用部件实现,包括一台工业控制计算机,一块计数板和若干A/D板。关键技术为采样数据与键相信号的处理。本方法已在抽水蓄能电站的状态监测与故障诊断系统中使用,效果良好。

Abstract:A method of vibration data acquisition and pre processing of pump and water turbine sets is introduced. This method can be realized with ordinary parts and boards, including an industrial IPC, several A/D boards and a counter board. The processing of the acquired data and the keyphase signal is critical for the system.
