| 摘 要： | 染色体的自动分析是长期以来的研究热点，特别是近年来染色体分带技术的成熟更为自动分析提出了新要求，而其中的关键问题即染色中轴线的自动寻找至今尚未很好地解决，它对交连染色体分割，长度计算，着丝粒定位等有着重意义，本文提出了利用细化，去毛刺，曲线拟合，端点延伸等方法自动寻找染色体的中轴线，实验证明这种方法是十分有效的。
