摘    要:建立了以切削力、主电机功率和声发射为基础的多传感器检测系统,提出了聚合度方法对多传感器特征信息进行筛选,并采用模糊模式识别方法对多传感器信号进行融合。从而实现对加工过程中的刀具状态的实时、可靠识别。

Abstract:A multi sensor monitoring system is set up based on cutting force, motor power and acoutic emission. A conlentrical degree algorithm is also developed to filter out the redundant features, while the fuzzy pattern recognition technology is utilized to synthesize the multi sensor features. The tests verified that the proposed strategy is efficient and reliable for the monitoring of cutting tool states.
