| 摘 要： | 嵌入式Linux操作系统同WinCE、pSOS、PalmOS相比有很多优点,有取代其它嵌入式操作系统的趋势;由于嵌入式Linux的出现使得构造一个大型机器的复杂控制系统变得简单和容易。文章所研究的是结合注塑机的工艺特点,将嵌入式Linux操作系统应用到塑料成型控制系统中的一些关键问题,重点是讨论构造其控制器的软、硬件设计方法。

| Abstract: | In th is paper,the authors discuss the merits of using the embedded Linux in the plasti c molding control sys-tem.They emphasize on the characteristic of the embedded Linux operation system and the way they use embedded Lin-ux to construct the i njection molding machine control system.By compare with the current control s ystem of the injection molding machines,the authors illustrate the merits of ap plying the embedded Linux in the injection molding machine control system. |
